Good morning, I am writing this letter to request you for a leave in the next month.
I am working so hard from the last quarter to meet the project deadline. Working for about 10 hours of day by handling all my tasks as well as helping other colleagues. Weekends are not exceptions from the last month or so. But finally, we are well appreciated by the company higher officials for closing the project on a happy note.
After immense pressure, I would like to take a break from my work. I wanted to go on a holiday to Europe where I am planning to cover United Kingdom, Germany and Paris. Please help me to approve the leave for next month. There are only 20 working days in the coming month as per the companies calendar. Hope you note down. This holiday will help me to work more extensively and effectively after my return.
Regarding my outstanding work, I have explained my daily tasks to Harry those need to be completed on the same day. I will knowledge transfer Steve to cover the pending tickets by updating the users promptly. They can always reach me through my email for any queries.
