Dear Mr Hassan,
I am writing to let you know that I am very grateful to work for you in your organisation. And I will be in your debt forever. However, as you may know that I am in the end of my final semester at trinity college, I will need to spend more time studying for the exams which starts next week. I would like to request you to approve my annual leave which I applied 2 months ago.
I have four exams and one science related thesis to complete which will take place in my college over the next few weeks. Hence, I will need approximately 1 month of leave. And after I graduate, I will be qualified for other senior positions in your organisation. This will also allow me to grow in my field.
I also understand that we have a lot of deadlines this quarter, however, once I am through with my exams, my main priority will be to complete all the tasks at work. Moreover, I have my colleague, Raj, who also is qualified to do the same work as mine, will help to complete the deadlines when I am away.
