Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the books which I was not able to revert on a due date because one of my family member had a cardiac arrest and I had to go there for his care.
Yesterday my cousin sister had called my father that her grandfather had a severe heart attack and they had immediately rush to the medical centre. For her help my parents told me to join her in the city hospital that is approximately 70 kilometres from my house and support them until uncle will recover.
Please pardon me for not giving back the books. I had planned to return some books such as physiology and anatomy yesterday but suddenly this emergency came out.
If you give me a time of one week, I will definitely submit all the books in a given period and also I will assure you this will never happen again.
