Dear Editor,
Myself Cris, student of 2nd year commerce batch, WGS college, would like to draw your attention on ongoing daily affairs of cafeteria. Reason why, my observation matter to you a lot as i am regular goer of cafeteria and buys most of my meal from there.
First of all, what makes this cafeteria better than other one that is its ambiance. Different age groups students as well as faculty come to have their food there which make student, teacher relation very peaceful.
However, currently, i have noticed cafeteria owner is compromising with food quality and hygiene standards which might lead to health issues in campus. Old fruits, rotten breads and over use of oily food options are few examples.
In my opinion, this has to stop on immediate effect and to control this situation, college should assign an quality check officer who must visit cafeteria on regular and discreet basis. If necessary, fines should be imposed to overcome the scenario too.
