Dear Mr. Ahmed,
I am a current volunteer with your charity institution, I have been part of the teaching team for five months now, and I am specialised in teaching science for illiterate children.
Undoubtedly, I enjoyed participating such a great volunteering project, not only because of the professional program, which taught me valuable meanings, but also because of the kindness and beautiful personalities of other team's members. However, unfortunately, I am writing to inform you that this will be my last month working with you as I am currently arranging my immigration process, though it will be difficult to keep up with multiple tasks before travelling.
Nevertheless, your instituation have became my second family, if you could please accept my recommendation of hiring my younger sister, Salma, to be taking my place from the next month. I spoke to her and she is so excited to join. Additionally, she had already attended two classes with me before, hence she has ideas about how to run the work.
I hope you consider my apology, and accept my recommendation.
