Dear Ophelia ma’am,
I am writing this letter to inform that I have decided to resign from the organization. I got another opportunity to work in oil industry on a managerial role in Canada. The financial support from my current post of medical representative is not sufficient to fulfil my needs, so I have taken this decision.
Although I have learn many things from the current post, such as team management and supervision roles. I am sure these things will help me in long run to my career. More importantly, your sales training's were quite effective and I have learnt many lessons from those practical workshops. It was harsh decision to take, it took me many months to decide, and especially my family as they all were happy living here.
I want you to do me a favor by writing reference letter for my upcoming aspirations. I hope you will do the needful and send it to my postal address written at the back of letter.
