You have a full-time job and are also doing a part-time evening course. You know find that you cannot continue the course. Write the letter to the course tutor. In your letter:
Dear Mr.John,
I am writing to inform you that I am unable to continue with the part-time project management course which operates every evening.
I have been attending your evening classes and I have really immersed myself in them. Because I started on my course application form, I have been working as a mechanical engineer for a multi-national corporation which specialize in the design and construction area. Until now, I tried to arrange the project management course with the aim of fitting into my tight schedule.
However, since there is an item in my labour contract that obligates employee relocating to other branches of the company and I have been recently appointed the construction manager that requires me to travel to Laos in which I will control a building project of skyscrapers. I will probably our of the country for several months.
Based on the information about the course that you are running, from the internet, I am aware that there is the same course opening in the next year.
Instead of trying to catch up when I returned from Laos, I was wondering if it would be possible for me to partake in the next course in January of the next year.
I look forward to receiving your response.
Yours sincerely,
Harry Nguyen
