Dear Mr.Mehta,
I am writing this letter regarding my dissatisfaction for the work you have done at my place. A one month contract was signed for the renovation of my house with you, which has ended with a huge disappointment. There are numerous defects that I can count
for your notice.
Firstly, the tiles used for flooring are slippery which can cause harm to any of my family members. Additionally, moping and
cleaning on the floor is also difficult as water does not get wiped off easily. Secondly, almost all the door locks are dis-functional,
we are unable to clock the doors from inside, moreover, the lobby door has been jammed. Next, the wood used for the furniture work is of degrading value, the colour looks pale and it has some cracks also.
Considering, the problems we are facing because of non-efficient work done by you, I request you to take some measure to resolve them.
Primarily, replace the floor tiles with some tough and stable marble. In addition, send some workers to fix the doorknobs, as
they are causing high inconvenience. Also, provide us with furniture with better wood quality, especially the chairs.
I look forward to the immediate actions and resolution.
