Dear Bryan,
I have recently returned from my vacation, which lasted for four days on your cruise ship - The Royal Voyager. The trip was fantastic; I enjoyed most of the journey. However, I wanted to bring a few things to your notice, that made me feel annoyed!
As this trip was a return trip from Singapore to Thailand, there were few activities I really wanted to engage myself into, so that this one would be a memorable holiday. I remember quite well before we'd sail, I had requested for reservation to be made for the island hoping tour in Thailand. I was highly disappointed, when my name was not included in the list of passengers that would go for this tour. I was really looking forward to this tour, as I had read many good reviews on the internet in various travel forums.
This cruise holiday would have been much more memorable one if you had been much careful in adding my name to the list of passengers that singed-up for this tour. I was very unhappy that was not compensated for the error, that was made by you and your team.
I would sincerely like to request a refund to the booking amount, which I made for the island hopping tour. This experience has left me wonder, whether or not I should recommend your tour services to my friends and family. It would be appreciable, if you would process my refund at the earliest, so that I can be content and also be able to recommend your cruise tour services to my friends.
Kind Regards,
Chris
