Dear sir or madam,
I am Harry Martin, last week I made a round trip from New york to Delhi for vacation. When I reached back, I got shocked to hear that your airlines has misplaced my luggage. I am writing this letter to complain you about the same and provide me a compensation for this mistake.
Let me explain you in detail, Like every year , This summer I made a trip to India to visit my family and relatives. I booked a two-way ticket of United airlines, MY ticket number is UA4578. Unfortunately, When I returned I did not find my bag on the belt , after waiting for two hours, I asked the manager at airport and they ensured that I will receive my bag within 24 hours but rather I received a mail that my luggage has been lost. This was like a nightmare for me because I brought so many Indian clothes which are hard to shop here in USA.
Actually it was a 15'' red colour american tourister suitcase. It includes my clothes , 15'' dell laptop and Nikon camera, the approximate cost of these products is 5000$. I want you to investigate at your level and try to find my suitcase. For your information, I even took the premium insurance which covers the total loss and my insurance number is AI5486.
If you cannot provide me my suitcase then as a compensation refund my ticket price and cost of suitcase including its item. I hope you will consider my complaint seriously and take necessary action as soon as possible.
