Dear Ms Martin,
I am Harry Johnson, your new neighbor. we moved here last week due to my new job location. I am writing this letter to invite you to our housewarming party which is on next friday at 5pm and to apology in advance for any inconvenience or disturbance.
I am a journalist with CNN news channel. My family includes my husband and my two young children who study in greenwood school. The part will commence at 5 pm and end up by 9pm. We have planned to order food from outside so there will be no smoke due to cooking or grilling activity. This is a small party and the list of guests is limited to fifty only which includes our close friends and coleagues and our children's close friends. We might need some extra parking space available at your backyard, hope you do not mind. There will be music and dance performance by kids and adults, we will try to keep the volume as low as possible so as not to disturb you.
I request you to visit our house with your family and attend the party and it will be great time to introduce our kids with each other. For any suggestion or advice for the party you can contact me on 401-401-4011.
