Dear Sir,

I am James, working in as production supervisor in Hot Star Industries. I am writing this letter to request you to do translation for 10 pages of an operating manual of a new automatic machine imported for Germany by our company.

The manual which was provided with this machine was printed in German and I am unable to read and understand the details regarding operations and usage of this new automatic machine. No one in your company knows German and so we are unable to install and use this machine.

This machine is an upgraded model and different form the machine which is now used by our company. The existing machine was not working fine so it was removed from production line 2 days ago.Form last 2 days the production of goods had been stopped. So it is very urgent to get the new machine installed and make the production line operational.

I am confident that you can give me fast and correct solution on this problem.The photocopies of the manual enclosed with this letter for your reference, kindly do the translations of all the 10 pages.
