Dear Mr. Smith,

I am one of your participants in the evening course held at your university. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the course.

The course is DBMS, which is about design, development, and optimization of various databases. The classes involve both theoretical and practical aspects, and lasts for 60 days. The first half involves lectures and the rest deals with lab work where we get a chance to implement mock projects about various data models.

This course gives me a privilege to pursue knowledge about the upcoming versions and techniques to upgrade and migrate the existing databases in our company. However, the computers in the labs are currently configured with low memory and disk space, which in turn is resulting in slow data processing. Working in high speed environments, this is causing me a trouble to learn many things.

I would like the university to upgrade the desktops with latest processors so that students like me get a realtime feel while doing mock projects. Moreover, there are limited computers in the lab which is causing longer wait times during after hours.
Therefore, if possible, kindly bring in additional devices.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Your's sincerely,
Jonathon trott
