Dear Mr. Bond,

I am a student of "Advanced Artificial Intelligence", a part-time course in your prominent university. I am writing to draw your attention to my dissatisfaction as a student.

I have joined the batch of the year 2018, and concurrently working as a Senior Software Engineer in a multinational company. The main force behind joining the course is to enhance my skills in the area. Although, I am aware of the fundamentals of Robotics, knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is beyond that, and a vital for the further improvement in robotic technology. As I am so passionate to learn this course, I am not feeling the same from your perspective to deliver the same. Due to five day working schedule, most of the students take weekend classes, and to our surprise, all the time the staff stays unavailable because of some reason. Moreover, the practical classes are pathetic, systems are broken and no internet connection is there.

I am requesting you to please provide at least a suitable environment to students who aspire more for their future, pass stringent rules for teachers attendance as well. It would be great if new systems could be arranged for lab purpose with advanced equipment. We have paid a huge fee for the course and we deserve to get the knowledge, for which, we came here.

Hope to get an optimistic prompt action from you.

Your Sincerely,
ABC
