I got a news about, the council has decided to slam the sports and leisure center in local, and the reason behind it is just to cut the expenses. I am writing this note to make a request to not to pursue this action.
The center is an eminent part of our locality, me, my siblings and my friends grew up playing around the center. Its been a most known place to spend amazing moments and make new friends also. Our elders are in habit of visiting this place more often and share their laugh, experiences, and lessons of life, also the young ones enjoy their company and engage themselves in different playing activities.
Firstly, a healthy mind stays in a healthy body and the idea of not closing the sports and leisure center will be a contribution to society in a positive manner. Secondly, It is the only place in local for sports, other centers are more far away, we have juveniles who are participating in national sports and the center is the practicing area for them. Daily free yoga sessions in the morning and evening also happen for years in the area, that is important for soul and body.
To rejuvenate the key yang of life such positions holds a great landmark, removal of this spirit of joy can increase the disappointment in the locals. Acknowledgment about the reason behind is only caring of few coins made individuals to lose faith in the council.
I hope, that you may understand the vital role that this center play in our locality, on the other hand, if finance is the only issue other optimistic ways could be found.
