Dear Smith,

Hope you are doing well. I'm writing this letter to let you know that I have recently relocated to Brampton.

As you are aware that my old home was a studio flat and it couldn't accommodate more than two people. Moreover, my parents will be on a visit to Canada next month and they have planned to stay with me for a couple of days. Hence, I thought to buy a bigger house for everyone's comfort.

Furthermore, my house is located near to the public transport as well as it is surrounded by parks for elderly people. It's a two storey villa with all the amenities like a pool and a private garden at the backyard. Also, all the five bedrooms have balconies attached to it because of which there is good ventilation in the house.

I'll soon be organizing a house warming party for all my well-wishers and you are cordially invited to the party. Please do come along with your family and I'm sure your kids will enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea from my house.

I will look forward to seeing you soon.

Best regards,
Jessica
