Dear James,
I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. At first, I would like to apologize for not attending your calls as I was busy shifting to my new house. I am writing this letter to let you know about my new living place.
It is known to that I was not at all happy with my previous house. As it was on the first floor of the apartment, it was a little insecure to reside and there was much scope for the miscreants for theft. Apart from that, there was a lot of amendments that need to be addressed inside the house. However, my complaints to the issues went unanswered by the landlord, forming to make a strong decision to move from that place.
At last, I feel a bit relaxed when now as I have moved to a new house. It is very secure and comfortable. It is a typical residential place and people are concerned about the about making a crowd. The new house is under surveillance of security camera. Its a huge house laying in a half acre. It has 4 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms and one separate bathroom. It has a big modern open kitchen and pantry. dining room beside living area and notable green garden. It a balcony with a beautiful view.
I request to mark your calendar to visit my new house next Sunday along with your family. I hope we can have fun sometimes.
Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday at my house.
John
