You have recently ordered an item from the internet, but are not happy with the purchase. Write to the company. In your letter
• Describe what you purchased
• Explain why you are not happy with the purchase
• Tell them what you would like them to do about the situation
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my concern over the poor quality of mobile phone that I purchased a couple of days through your website.
It is an MI phone with the latest features including a high quality front camera. There is also a finger print recognition available. Further, this is extremely light and stylish. The metallic blue back cover adds a professional look to the gadget.
However, the battery does not last even half a day. My friends have the same item purchased elsewhere. Some of them find the power last for even three days. It is all the more disappointing because I am not even able to read my office mails on the hand phone, when out of desk.
Under these circumstances, I request you to either give a full reimbursement against collection from my premise, or a replacement with a good quality one. I cannot spare time or money to come all the way to your outlet at the far end of the city.
I look forward to receive an amicable solution at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Sudhan Kumar C
