Dear Mr. Singh,
I recently hired the moving services of your company to transfer the household stuff from Malad to my new home in Andheri. I am writing this to express my disappointment regarding some items that have been damaged during the transfer.
The shifting was carried out in the morning on 15th of this month and all the items reached my new home on the same day itself. while doing an inspection of all the items, I found that the dressing table mirror was broken. Additionally, the TV had got scratches on the screen and it was not working when used in operation.
I was very disappointed by your services as the all items were packed by poor packing materials as a result of which caused severe loss to me.
Hence, it is my humble request to send one of the employees to investigate about the items damaged and bear the losses of items by replacing it new ones.
