Dear Madam,
I am currently residing in Girls Hostel in room no. 626. I am writing to request you for changing my lodgings because, in my current situation, I am facing certain issues with my roommate.
Since this is my final year in this college and my academic curriculum is a bit arduous, I could not get an adequate environment to study due to the loud music played by her. Moreover, every now and then her friends come over and make noise, which not only interrupts my sleep during the night but also my recreational activities during my leisure time.
Even though I have had a talk with her regarding the inconvenience that I have to face because of her nonchalant behavior, nothing has improved. In such circumstances, it is intuitively obvious that the most crucial time of my university education would be wasted.
Thus, I would really appreciate it if you could change my room either to a single-seater or with a mature student, who is more responsible.
I hope you would understand the urgency of this change and would take immediate action.
