Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to notify you about my current accommodation problem cause by roommate
Jason. My name is Sumeet Patel and I am living in room number 250 of college campus hostel. I am
living with Jason for last three month but his activities are unacceptable and unmanageable.
Let me explain my situation in details. I am living in this room for about one year. My previous
roommate was very rational and polite. He is also inclined toward study and work like me. On other
hand, Jason is completely irrational and rude. He use to play loud music all over the night and invite
his friends for late night parties. I try to explain my problem to him but he totally ignores my request and keeps doing his activities. I am planning to take extra courses in the upcoming term for that I need to study more but because of this problem, I am thinking that I am not able to concentrate on my study.
I would kindly like to request you for alternative proper accommodation in another room. I am fine with shared accommodation as far as my roommate will rational and polite also inclined toward study and work.
