Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Jasmine. I am writing this letter to inform you my difficulty living in the accommodation which you had allocate me.
Unfortunately, I am having terrible problem with my new roommate who just joined me. As she is very new, she doesn't know the rules and regulations of this accommodation yet, and that is causing me big issue in many ways.
Firstly, she has been inviting her country mates to sleep over and secondly they have been cooking their country food during the day. Therefore, it has been causing big crowd inside the room and especially at nighttime I could not concentrate on my studies. Perhaps you should be informed that I have reminded her both activities are not allowed.
I can not resist myself to request you to transfer me or her to another room. I would like to have room mate who is familiar with the rules of our accommodation better.
