You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter:•describe the s

Dear sir,

I am writing to request you to change my current accommodation with another non-sharing single occupancy. My name is Manoj Rao, B.S.C 3rd year student from Rohtak University. Six months before, I was issued a room number 406 in Building A. Currently; I am sharing the occupancy with another student named Rohan.

I want to change the accommodation due to the frequent visitors of a roommate. Most of the time, his friends come to our room for the late-night parties and drinking. In such an environment, it is difficult to focus on studies. I have informed the same to him multiple times, but all fell into the deaf ears. Had I not faced the situation, I would have scored high marks in the previous test.

Considering the above- mentioned fact, I would like to shift into another non-sharing single room before the end of this month. As next months onwards, our preliminary tests are supposed to start.

Hopefully, you understand the gravity of the matter and would allot new occupancy without delay.

Thanks for the consideration.

Yours Sincerely,
HJKK
