Dear Sir,
My name is Samantha and I live near to the Seawoods shopping mall. I am writing this letter to suggest some points regarding the facilities of shopping area. I hope that you would publish it in your newspaper so that the market authority take initiatives in the improvement of area.
I am a regular shopper in this market as it is in proximity to my home. The best part about shopping here is the variety of products. One can find all kinds of items like trendy clothes, household goods, electronic products etc. along with a strict market price under one roof. Besides, the quality of products is exceptionally well.
However, every place has its pros and cons. The first part that needs improvement is the cafeteria. The food items are prepared at unhygienic place and even the sitting place is very dirty with flies and mosquitoes hovering over the chairs. Also the condition of washrooms is not very well as most of the times no staff is available to manage the cleaning.
In my point of view, your newspaper is widely read in our area and if you run polls regarding these issues, you will find the exact idea of this issue. You can also ask for people's suggestion on how to make improvements in this area. Please publish this article in your newspaper and help to improve people's shopping experience.
