How are you? I hope you are well, I am writing this letter to give you an advice about work stress and understanding of your current situation. I learned about the problem, which you seem to be currently facing at your work and family. Of course, I feel a bit frustrated about this issue of yours, but please understand that this kind of problem is not very unique. I share several my personal rules with you. At this point,I suppose you should negotiate flex hours or part-time hours if possible.You need to consider your values and set your priorities. For example,negotiate with your employer for flex hours or job-sharing that would be more conducive to your family life.
Besides, you should find time for fun.Keep in mind that work is only you. We only go around once, so it’s important to enjoy your life and make time for fun. You not only look for opportunities to enjoy life both at home and at work but also try to find the humour in things. Apart from that ,you should build rituals into your life.Plan everything in advance and schedule time to ensure that family time happens. Establish a family movie or games night. Make meal time sacred family time when you sit down together for dinner and take turns sharing the day’s events. It helps you to communicate with your wife as well.And also take time for yourself.It means that it's something you should do not matter how tired you are.Drag yourself out the door to your fitness class, afterwards you will be in better humour and happy that you did something for yourself. Have your one favourite show a week and protect that time.
I hope my suggestion would help you decide what is best for you.
