Dear Mr. Fernandes,
I am writing to you in regard to requesting permission for sharing my experience and information from a conference that I attended at Hong Kong recently. It would be great if I could get an opportunity to give a presentation in relation to this.
In order to maintain interest throughout the presentation, I would be adding a lot of pictures, instances as well as activities in between the presentation.
Since most of the information which I have collected is about marketing strategies, my presentation would be mainly focused on ideas of client mining and public relations.
I look forward to the participation of mostly Marketing and Business Development team members as the topic of my presentation would be beneficial for them. To make the most of this session, I would recommend having this conducted in the auditorium so that I can create a live example scenario while presenting the presentation.
I hope to get a positive answer from you. I will look forward to your approval of this.
Yours faithfully,
Karishma Banerjee
