Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is John, I recently stayed in your hotel and I am writing with regards to valuable set of papers left there during that time.

I am a bank manager and I had visited to your hotel to attend a meeting on 22/5/17 and i left on 23/5/17. I was residing in room no 1232 on second floor. I also attended a meeting at the conference hall on the ground floor. I am not quite sure but I think that I left those documents in my room while I was leaving.

The problem is that those papers are very authoritative and contains some crucial data that is required by the bank to keep an account of the customers assets. Hence they are significant for me and I really need to get them back. If I do not obtain them soon, it will impose a threat at my job.

Therefore, I request you to find them and send them to me through courier on urgent basis. My address is 1555# South avenue, New York. Contact number is 0245-34673845. I apologize for the trouble, but I want them as the bank cannot work without the essential information written in those papers.

Yours sincerely,
John
