I feel the need to bring an issue to your attention which I have faced recently and need to be addressed. Allow me to elaborate.
I have been shopping for the groceries at your store for almost a year now and I have never faced such a horrendous experience. However, I feel that it was an unintentional incident that had happened. I had purchased a watermelon along with other household groceries. Upon my arrival to my house, later that evening I decided to have the watermelon with my wife. I was shocked after cutting the watermelon into two that it was full of fungus. It was a horrific view for us and my wife and I grossed out instantly.
I am aware that you cannot guarantee your customer about what is on the inside and as such I am not creating any issue out of it. However, I would like to deal with the matter in an alternative manner. I had purchased the groceries on 29th June 2018 at around 06:30 PM. I have the receipt with me which bears number 11567A4 amounting to $ 78.89.
Further, I request you to refund the entire amount that I had spent on the date as mentioned above and also request you to make sure that no such incident is repeated in future with any other customer as it is very horrendous experience to see such a filthy view.
I hope you will empathize with my situation and reimburse the amount I had spent the other day.
