Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to share my kind feedback about the cookery course. Interestingly, baking cakes was my fun part in this programme. Because of many overcooked or sometimes burned breads made my day. But, gradually, I picked up now. Therefore, I have gained good amount of baking knowledge. It would be useful to include east Asian cuisine in the course.
Cooking is my favorite hobby ever since my teenage. Thus, I pursued cookery course in last summer. At that time, I joined the course with elementary level of cooking knowledge. But the course mentor was really friendly whenever I commit a mistake. I enjoyed more every time I scale up. In other words, I recall the soft cake I baked without sufficient sugar in it. Nonetheless, the teacher, his kind correction to use accurate ingredients ratio made me to bake an absolute tasty cake, it made me feel a great achievement, also motivated me. Henceforth, I have become an expert on baking fluffy cakes.
I would like to recommend to include East Asian cuisine in the course, it would make more interesting to students by learning the art of suschi.
Once again, I conclude this letter with a sincere gratitude and thanks for the useful course
Yours sincerely,
Yusa
