I am writing with regard to your previous international cookery course that I have passed two months ago. In this letter, I have the intention to express my feelings toward this course.
To begin with, I can proudly say that your international course offers many beneficial features to me and I have had much great time while I was participating in this course. First of all, the instructors are the cream of the crop. Precisely, they are highly knowledgeable in the field of cooking and they are always supportive and patient while they were teaching how to cook new foods. Secondly, I am entirely delighted that I was being instructed in the place with a relaxed friendly atmosphere and helpful staffs to aid you all the time. Lastly, it is an irrefutable fact that the facilities that your institute have provided cooking students are up-to-date, second to none and easy to use.
During this 3-month course, I got familiar with a host of international cuisines ranging from French to Mexican food. I successfully cooked 3main dishes, 2 desserts and 4 appetizers and I have reached my parents' and friends' confirmation for almost all of them for their tastes as well as designs.
I would be pleased if your school presents some courses merely for cooking various low-calorie foods. As I care about my calorie-intake regularly in my life I would find this course extremely fruitful for people who are conservative about what to eat. I am a true follower of healthy diets however I always find it impossible to cook them in a way that sounds delicious I just know a few healthy recipes to cook. I am certain your skilled and talented instructors can pass their knowledge in this case.
