Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. You are receiving this letter from the general motors company that has been arranging its meeting in your hotel for almost 3 months in a row.
Firstly, we are grateful for the second to none services you have provided our guests with, neatly and flawlessly. Our guests are satisfied with the hotel staffs who are really helpful and polite. Along with this the participants in our meeting entirely surprised with nice comfortable types of furniture that are available in the sky lounge as they do not be fatigue after long hours of seating. we cannot also ignore the breathtaking view of the city which can be seen from the meeting hall and the relaxed friendly atmosphere of your hotel. The facilities for our guests are adequate and up-to-date.
It would be your immense kindness if you check over the quality of your hotel food services as we have earned some negative comments on your hotels' food from our guests. To highlight one our guests have not really found the ingredients in your meals healthy and fresh. To be exact, some of our guests have said the foods are smelly and design carelessly. Moreover, one they have ordered an Australian cuisine however it was not really the thing they expected as this food is normally chilly and cold but the hotel's chef has served it totally different from the original one. To add on, appetizers and desserts in your hotel are not really various to choose.
I believe there are some measures to tackle this issue. You can check the freshness and healthiness of primary ingredients with the food department. Also, it would be great if you could ask the chef to consider a vast variety of desserts and appetizers.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
