Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to give my feedback on the arrangement of a meeting held by our company in you hotel.
We recently organized an all-day meeting for our staff in your esteemed hotel and we receive some feedback from our staff. It was a mix of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. First of all I would like to share the good part and that was the appearance of hotel and staff was very friendly. The hall of the hotel where our meeting held was well decorated and open. Table arrangement was very nice and beautiful.
Our staff was unhappy because of the food arrangement. We have staff working in our company is from all over the world and you provided only sub continental dishes. Most of our staff did not have food as they do not had idea about that.
We are planning to arrange another meeting in near future. I request you to please add some Italian dishes in that meeting to entertain our staff.
