Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a Wifi router that I bought from your store one month ago. It stop working immediately and I am unable to connect to the internet. As I work at home and it is totally at halt.
The Netgear CD1705 wifi router bought from your store. It was working well till yesterday evening but it stop working immediately it is not working at the moment. I am unable to find the exact problem. I have tried some basic diagnostic tasks on it but in vain. One of my friend has same type of wifi router, I tried that router here which is working as expected.
I am a freelancer and work from home. My work depend on uninterrupted internet. I working on a lot of projects right now and I have a deadline to submit these projects to my clients. This is necessary for me to submit them on time to retain my goodwill.
I request you to either replace or repair this wifi router within two days.
