Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing in connection with the recent experience my company employees had at your esteemed hotel, The Ritz, on 25 February 2020. The booking was for a 12-seater conference room for 6 hours, inclusive of lunch. The overall services of your hotel were appreciable, but, the lunch buffet was not up to the mark.
At first, on arrival, my team was given exceptional guidance by your reception team to ensure we reach the correct room. The room was perfectly lit and had proper ventilation along with comfortable ergonometric chairs. As soon as the meeting was over, your support staff escalated everyone to the dining area where the buffet spread was displayed.
While the team members started moving around the buffet spread, they found that there were only a few vegetarian options available whereas it was informed at the time of booking that 50% of the staff are vegetarian. In addition to this, some of the starters did not taste fresh and were cold. These, however, were immediately rectified by the Supervisor with fresh ones.
I would like to request you to make sure that such an occurrence does not happen again and that you ensure your food quality is improved.
I hope my feedback would be taken into consideration and I would not expect similar complaints in the future.
Yours faithfully,
Priya Malhotra
