About three years ago the CEO of this company realized that there is 23 percent of retrogression in the financial department in this company. Consequently, they have asked an external investigation team to evaluate employees' function however they have not reached any acceptable findings. Once this team closely observe the financial department and they have seen a super unorganized place to work. therefore, from that time they have asked employees to keep their tables, Files and closets tidy. After one month, the result was astounding in fact there was a 43percent of improvement by just keeping their workplace neat.
