Dear Sir,
I am writing to share my feedback about the short-term Chinese cooking course that I had attended at your cooking academy last week.
I would like to mention that the course was very well organised and cleanliness and hygiene was maintained at the kitchen counters. The thing that I found most exciting about the course was that we had to make the entire dish ourselves as per the directions from the head Chef. Moreover the questions and answers session at the end of class was very useful.
I have been preparing all home-cooked meals since the day I completed my course. I prepared the entire Chinese main course for my brother’s birthday and I have received excellent comments from my friends and family.
Could you please let me know about other cooking courses along with their prices in your academy which will help me enhance my cooking skills even further. I am more interested in long term courses in learning different cuisines like Japanese, Indian, American, Italian.
