I had been a recent occupant in your hotel along with my office teammates and I am writing to express my feedback about the stay we had there.
We were in your hotel at Grand Park last week on Thursday for a full day meeting to discuss with various product experts on the new technology to be adopted for our company. During the stay, we had booked deluxe rooms for all the participants which includes breakfast and lunch. All the members of our team were initially glad about the location of the hotel, its view of landscape from their rooms and the ambiance, but later most of them complained about the lunch you provide at your hotel.
From what I understand from my team, firstly, there were very few varieties of dishes in the lunch buffet. Secondly, almost all food were too spicy to be consumed. Since we were unsatisfied with the food, we all had to go out to a nearby restaurant later to have our lunch. This experience was uncomfortable both for me to manage as well as the teammates as they had to manage the transport when they went out.
I believe there should be some action taken from the hotel management to improve the number dishes as well as to ensure that the food meets certain quality and is edible for guest who come from other countries.
