I am writing with regard to the party that was organized by me on the 29th of January, 2019 at your hotel. Allow me to elaborate.
At the outset, I would like to thank you for the excellent services. I was hesitant to give your hotel the chance to host the 20th anniversary of our Washington Branch, but I can say that I am not disappointed with the choice made.
The chairman of the company was pleased with the arrangements made by your team. I can say that there was attention to minute details which was appreciated by everyone. Some guests took your number from me and might even book an event at your hotel. I am elated that the chairman was satisfied with everything, as he is a hard personality to please.
However, I feel the need to pinpoint some improvements that could have been made in the arrangements. First, the cleaning staff was very slow and they wasted considerable time to clean up the food that was dropped by the guests. I think that the staff should have been quick. Secondly, the doormen did not know about the event and some of the guests had to call the team to locate the hall.
Overall, I am happy with the preparations and look forward to hosting another event of our company and look forward to your support.
