You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate.

Dear Sir/Madame
I am writing to complain about the inconvenience I have recently encountered as a guest in your hotel. I stayed in the Royal Suite of your hotel from September 10th to 14th, and unfortunately the weather was quite colder than usual at that time of the year. As a guest at such prestigious hotel I was expecting top notch heating and aeration system. However, that was not the case as I could not get the temperature of the suite to higher than 15 degrees.
I obviously was not comfortable with that setting and when I asked staff for a solution they did not offer one. Therefor I had to sleep with two layers of clothing in order to feel warm. Needless to say, I was extremely annoyed for the whole duration of my trip.
Perhaps you could offer clients extra heating devices should they need one in colder weather. You can also start installing better heating/cooling system in each room. I would also suggest you train your staff to better accommodate the needs of your paying guests.
