You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in regard with the problem, I faced last day, while my stay at your hotel, Park Plaza, in Gurgaon.
I had to visit to Gurgaon for my office related work. Since I came from Bangalore, where the maximum temperature in these days never crosses 25 degrees, I had
no clue about the local temperature of north India. Adding to my suffering, the AC of my room stopped working all of a sudden. I tried calling hotel manager to
mitigate the problem but, unfortunately, he wasn't able to call any mechanic to fix the same, as it was quite late in the night.
As, it was quite suffocating in the room, I had to spent my time in the bar area of the hotel. But, as hotel staff had to close the bar, on official time, at around 1 O'Clock in the
night, I had on option but to go to my room.
Due to this, I was not able to concentrate on my presentation, the following day, due to inadequate sleep.This may impact on my performance in the coming future, as it was a
vital meeting with the customer, for the company.
As a solution to this problem, I would suggest, you should always reserve some spare room(s), so that it may not happen with anyone from now onwards. Plus, you should have your own mechanic available in the hotel premises, 24x7, if in case need arrives.
