Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to you with regards to some problems I have been having recently that have made it difficult for me to concentrate on my work here.
I am a student, currently pursuing Hotel Management course from D.M.A university but the tuition fee is quite high. Thus, I decided to do a part time job in your company so that I can pay my fee. I am working in the Cafeteria since two months but from past couple of weeks I have observed that the quality of the food is deteriorating incessantly.
It is simply because of the new chef Arjun as he is not maintaining the set standards of hygiene. Also, he is using loads of spices and oil to the food which is not at all good for health. Hence, many people are complaining about it to me and the sale has also decreased to a great extent. Although, we all tried to make him comprehend this issue but he did not improve.
Conspicuously, I would like to advice you to issue a warning letter against him stating that strict actions will be taken against him if he does not make needed ammendments.
I am hoping for a prompt action on this serious matter.
