I am writing this letter to formally complaint about the car I hired from you ten days back. But since one week its A.C is not working and even after calling at your customer care, the problem has not been resolved.
I am a Marketing Manager of a prestigious company based in Mumbai and visited Delhi for the promotion of a new product launched by it. Now, as per the demand of my job, I have to travel to several parts of Delhi and as you know that in this May month, it is scorching hot here which has made my life miserable.
Moreover, I have to look presentable for the meetings to give a good impression but by the time I reach there, my clothes get wet in sweat and starts stinking and thus spoil my persona in front of the clients. Also, it ruins my mood, indeed, affecting my work adversely.
I want you to replace this car immediately and provide me a car with functional A.C so that I can focus on my work. In case you do not follow this matter then I will have to seek for legal advice.
