Dear Sir,
My name is Jwan Noman and my ID number is 1212125, I visited your office yesterday afternoon and I rent small car (TOYOTA YARIS) Model 2009. Unfortunately, I am writing this letter to inform you that I did an accident this morning exactly at 10 AM besides Lulu Mall and the car is totally crashed from the back side. So, I parked it next to that place in a permitted place in order to inform you about this and ask you what I shall do.
Really, this is the first time to make an accident like this. when I passed my green signal, somebody has a large car I think it is a Toyota Land Cruiser with white colour from the other side passed his red signal and hit me from the back. Fortunately, both of us are okay and there are no injuries, only my car was destroyed.
Immediately, I have called the police in order to save my right since the mistake from the other person who passed his signal. Therefore, they came and took all required info and pictures and gave me small slip in order to solve my car.
