Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a full-time employee of Ciena and writing to draw your attention to the issue, which I am facing regularly while parking my bicycle at the office.
With regard to my preference to commute by a bicycle, I find it an economical and environment-friendly mean of transportation because it doesn't need any fuel to run it. In addition to this, I do not get a sufficient time to exercise daily so cycling keeps me fit and healthy.
As far as the parking issue is concerned, there is no space to park two-wheelers at the underground parking and security guards do not allow me to park in office premises. As a result, I have to park my cycle outside, which is not only insecure but illegal. Recently, I have received a legal notice from traffic officials too for parking illegally at the roadside. In the future, I might have to pay a fine for parking in this manner.
To address this problem, I would like to suggest that some space in the parking area should be reserved for two-wheelers. In fact, it would be a good idea if the area, where the unused furniture has been dumped since long could be used as a parking space. I hope that management company like yours would certainly find a way to deal with this issue and help many commuters like me.
