I am writing to express my extreme annoyance with your dish.
My name is Emily Rose and it was my first time visiting your hotel with my family. Let me explain my case. I wanted to give a treat to my parents as a thank you. On top of that, it was my father's birthday.
On my insist, somehow he got ready to dine in with us. While he was excited, he had expectations from me as a son. So, I checked your reviews and ratings and picked your restaurant to dine which I wished I had not.
Before coming to the hotel, I reserved for four people two days ago in advance. But, there was no vacancy and had a long waiting time. It almost took an hour to get a seat. Although the order was ready and served immediately, I am afraid the food was terrible as salty as it could be possibly. I could not help at the moment because somehow there was a rush.
Anyway, to compensate for the inconvenience caused, I would like you to give either a free meal coupon or a refund. Please let me know.
