Hope this letter finds you hale and healthy. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am unavailable till the evening of 24th October which is on the day of your arrival to Mexico. Since I have a critical official meeting on the same day, I would not be able to pick you up from the railway station. As this is your first visit to Mexico, I regret the inconvenience. However, please leverage the metro train services available directly to my home. You can board the train from Central station and get down at City Center station. The ticket price is affordable as it will cost only $5.
To reach my home from the City Center station, take an auto and you can reach the home in 10 minutes. I will be leaving the keys with my neighbor and she will assist you to get into the house. I will be reaching back home not later than 6 PM and we can plan to go for a movie followed by a restaurant which serves an amazing multi-cuisines variety of food. I am looking forward to seeing you soon here.
