Dear Sir,
I recently had dinner at your restaurant- The Rich Spices, Mumbai Branch, with my family. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the meal served in your restaurant.
We chose your restaurant from the rest because of your promises and claims to deliver flawless customer service. But to my dismay, my experience was completely terrible. The meals took more than 30 minutes to reach the table. On questioning the delay, we were told that all dishes are cooked fresh and hence was bound to take time. But the food was completely cold and appeared stale. Furthermore, one of the dishes was delivered wrong. We had ordered for a chocolate-moose combo but instead your so-called "Rich spices-special" was given, on the pretext of saying that the former was not available. Is this the method of propaganda used by your staff to popularize your own dishes?
I was utterly unhappy with the meal and the services given. I personally think you should reprimand your staff for this behaviour and make sure unethical means are not used for personal motifs.
