It sometimes comes late and for the last few mornings it has not stopped when you hailed it. No change of schedule has been advertised. I'm writing to you to share my experience on your busses in the last three weeks.
As a person who had used same bus and route for the last three years to go to my work every day, I have noticed many changes and these changes are effecting me at my work, for example the bus driver doesn't committed to time, route and he did not stop even when I hailed to him! And as a result for these changes I received a warning from my manager due to late arrivals! Adding to that the cleanness of the bus and seats are getting worse than any time before, in addition I didn't find any announcements about changing stop stations, routes or bus schedules even the driver!
I suggest you to review or to hear free the bus drivers about the reason of their behaviors, plus to announce if there is any amendment to the schedule, also you can add your company to local transportation applications which they update us with arrival time, delay or new announcements I wish to consider my complain and to se the changes on ground.
