I am writing to express my disappointment in the services of your bus on route 67.
I am a regular passenger on the bus number 57 on route 67. Travelling, on bus 57 to my office has been a wonderful experience so far. The drivers on route 67 are very polite, gentle, warm and are very cordial. When your mornings are good you always have a great day at work.
However, of late I have noticed that the buses are not well maintained and the timings are unreliable. A couple of times, a new driver, I presume did not halt the bus at the designated bus stop. On checking the latest schedule, I noticed that the new schedule was not advertised either. Just unpleasant experiences during the rush hours in the mornings are detrimental to the performance of the office goers or any one for that matter.
It would be great if you could train your new drivers to be respectful of others time and be courteous to their passengers.
Considering, that the drivers spend quite a bit of their day time in the bus, it might be a good idea to give some incentives to drivers for the maintenance. Also, please advertise the change in schedule well in advance so that the regular passengers can plan their time accordingly.
