I am writing this letter to aware you about the issue that I had faced recently with your air services.
Last week, I booked a ticket online dated 23 March for 2 persons. The journey is from India to Malaysia and the flight no is AI9434. I am a frequent traveler and usually I go via Indigo Airlines but I want to experience a business class travel hence, I had chosen you.
This time my journey was pathetic because my luggage was misplaced. Actually there was a halt of about 2 hours at New Delhi Airport and here your ground staff had removed my luggage in confusion with someone else. Due to this I had to bear a huge loss with regards to my business as it contains some important files related to a meeting for which I am travelling with my colleague.
Although your staff had admitted the mistake but this negligence costed me a huge amount. Also I came to know from supervisor that this happened because of shortage in workforce, but from one of the esteemed group in airline industry this is highly unaccepted. I believe you will close this gap on priority so that any one like me would not feel harassed. Moreover, I had to arrange the pickup of my goods after two days on my own but ideally it was your responsibility.
I hope you will give due consideration to this letter and may compensate in someway for the financial loss that I had bared.
